All voucher sales on Apex Vouchers are final and non-refundable. Once a voucher code is generated and delivered to your registered email or contact number:

• It cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstance.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for unused, expired, or wrongly purchased vouchers.
• Please double-check the exam type, version (e.g., PTE vs. PTE Core), and validity period before making the payment.

2. Voucher Validity

Each voucher comes with a specific expiration date, which is clearly communicated before purchase.

• Apex Vouchers will not be responsible for any voucher that is not used before its expiry.
• The validity cannot be extended or modified once the voucher is issued.

3. Incorrect Purchase or Ineligibility

• We do not offer refunds if the user purchases the wrong voucher or realizes later that they are not eligible to take the selected exam.
• Customers are advised to consult the official exam requirements or contact our support team for assistance before purchase.

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment is debited from your bank account but you do not receive a voucher:

• Please allow 24 hours for our team to verify and resolve the issue.
• In case of a genuine error or system failure, we will either issue the voucher or refund the amount within 7-10 working days.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, please notify us immediately. Upon verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
